We strive to provide affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. For the convenience of our patients, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. We have flexible payment plans available to meet the needs of different budgets, including a no-down payment option. We also offer third-party financing through CareCredit to help make your treatment more affordable. For patients who pay in full at the onset of treatment, we offer a 7% fee discount. We thoroughly explain your options, so that we can accommodate your needs.

While we make every effort to accommodate patients during temporary financially difficult times, treatment may be discontinued in the event of serious delinquency.

Insurance

Unlike medical insurance, orthodontic insurance does not usually pay 100% of the charges incurred. You should be aware that different insurance companies vary greatly in the types of coverage available.

We ask that you are fully knowledgeable of any limitations of the benefits which may be provided, how insurance payments are made, deductibles, co-insurance, maximums, etc., according to your policy. Our customary procedure in handling our patient accounts is the same for patients with or without insurance coverage. After choosing from the payment plan right for you, you will set up a financial agreement with our office in which you will be responsible for the total treatment fee. As a courtesy to our patients, we will file and submit the necessary dental insurance forms for you.

Please note that you are responsible for providing us with your accurate dental insurance information. Our obligation is to furnish the necessary information initially to help you obtain the reimbursement you are entitled to receive. We will also file confirmation and continuation of treatment forms if required by your carrier. Insurance is accepted as partial payment as an option and will be discussed at the consultation.
